I have been ordering 18G needle and 22 G with progesterone but each time they send 25G instead of 18. The last 2 orders they sent the same thing and also the compound pharmacy sent double order. In my last order , I declined needles and sharp Container but they sent it to anyway. Why I am paying for things I don’t use. I am not happy with that

I was skeptical about using pixel to fill my prescription. In the past, I’ve used a different pharmacy, but after dealing with pixel and Schrafts, I am a big fan! The representative that I worked was informed and extremely responsive. Much better than prior fertility pharmacies I have worked with!

Very disappointed in how I was treated. I was not given sufficient syringes for my meds. When I asked for additional, I was told it would be $20 for 10. I could get 100 for $20 from Amazon. On top of that, I was gaslit. Being told I should have asked for extra syringes when I ordered. The other pharmacy I order from sends an excess amount of supplies and does NOT charge for those supplies.

I’d like to take a moment to recognize the pharmacist that I was connected with on my last call; he was so kind, courteous, professional, patient, and thorough. I believe his name was Daniel but I may be incorrect given the amount of time that has passed since we spoke and I received this survey. Schraft’s should celebrate him for his contributions to making it my preferred mail pharmacy.

Sadly I don't remember the customer rep that helped me, but she was awesome. She was down to earth type of person, helpful and she was able to process my request without any issues. My medication came on the mail overnight. Thanks and please keep it up!!!

Schraft’s was so easy to work with. I never had an issue refilling my meds, and they were always so pleasant on the phone. Great company!

When the medications were delivered, the driver left the bag in the lobby of my apartment building on a bench. There is no one manning the door, so the medications could’ve been picked up by anyone. Luckily, my was husband was able to locate it just after it was delivered, but with something like this, it would’ve been better if the driver had handed it to my husband directly.

It was super easy to order refills via text. However, my medications were not delivered as quickly as I needed them even though I emphasized the day I needed them by. So I was disappointed in that.

The delivery of the meds by UPS was terrible. They delayed the delivery from 2pm to 7pm and due to this the meds arrived fairly warm inside the package so I hope they are still good. And the box it was delivered it was in bad shape.

You can look through my call history, emails with Sha-Raya, and messages through Pixel. Schraft has failed to deliver twice when promised now. I love the Pixel app as I have never had something like this with another pharmacy and response time and professionalism has been great, but those mean absolutely nothing of a patient cannot receive their meds. Thankfully I have enough buffer room to allow for these delays, but my meds have still yet to be received despite multiple verbal reassurances from staff. First they put my address wrong, and have had to re verify it 3 times now. The cost of this meds are absurb for the level of service we have received. I have done these meds through other pharmacies with ZERO complications. This is reaching ridiculous levels that Schraft can't process a simple order timely.

I have used Schrafts 2.0 twice for IVF and they have been wonderful! Quick order and fast delivery. Even on a Sunday, they were able to fulfill a last minute order that I needed for my cycle. On this last order the customer representative Sapphire went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get my medication next day. It was decided that I would stay on a certain medication later in the afternoon and I needed it for the next day and it took some time for processing to happen and it was getting close to the cut off time to be able to have next day delivery. She called me a couple times to keep me updated and posted and I was able to get my order in on time. She was attentive, patient and stayed on top of my case until we got it set up! The only thing I would change is the needle-less reconstitution caps for the menopur. They were awful and caused medication to spill out. I think patients should be sent the syringe and an actual needle to draw up and reconstitute. And then another needle to inject.

It was such an ease from the moment I was notified that there was a prescription at Schraft’s 2.0 for me upon its delivery. Schraft’s 2.0 made it so easy and hassle free that I didn’t even remember on the day my medication was delivered but being the dedicated pharmacy that Schraft’s 2.0 is I received a notification that my medication was delivered which lead me to check for it just in time as it was a medication that needed to be placed on the refrigerator. You are the best!

My package was supposed to be delivered on Saturday by Noon. Around 6pm, I noticed it hadn't been delivered. Soon after, Jesse, contacted me via phone letting me know he was already on it and had been attempting to communicate with UPS. I dont usually leave reviews, but Jesse deserves one. Jesse was extremely communicative during this whole process and doing everything in their power to make sure the critical medication made it in time. He was on the phone with local pharmacies, UPS, and even coordinating my package be shipped to a hotel I was traveling to this week. I never felt unsupported during this time that could usually be extremely stressful. My package was finally delivered right before 9pm, and Jesse shared in the excitement with me. This is a team member that truly went above and beyond and I appreciated it so much. The customer-centric focus Jesse has should be celebrated!

I had another great experience. The surprising part is I did not receive email notifications about shipment. I looked at the Pixil app and received the information.

Great overall experience when ordering and scheduling my prescriptions . However twice now the delivery service has said they delivered my medications and they didn’t show up for maybe 2 hrs later. It’s just very nerve wracking when you spend a lot of money on medications that you need in a timely manner and think the delivery may have been lost.

Your progesterone capsules are in too thick of a capsule and don’t dissolve well. Though the pharmacist says it still working, I find that hard to believe when either the whole capsule or half the capsule will come out when the next one is due. I have used progesterone capsules from a different pharmacy in the past and they dissolved well. I think you need to look into your coating- it’s too thick. Super frustrating and they are expensive for the problems.

It would be nice to have notes from conversations had added to my order. Every time I find my self having the same conversation about when I need my medication and that I will pick up multiple times. My medications always need a prior authorization. When I speak to the first person I say when I need the medication and when I will be picking them up. When they call to tell me they have the prior authorization they ask when I need the medication and the price with shipping. When I say that the first person I spoke to said they would make a note of when I needed it and when I would pick it up I am told no notes are left. Everyone would be saved time if notes were left when they said they will be.

Everyone I spoke with was polite and friendly and shipping was easy to arrange. However, I told the customer service rep in writing (via text message) that I already had some medication from a previous round and listed the quantities I needed out of the full prescribed quantities. Despite this, I still received and was charged for the full prescribed quantity, which was VERY expensive and is taking up a significant amount of space in my refrigerator.

There was a lot of confusion with my medications for this cycle of IVF and Schrafts has been a lifesaver. They have been responsive and so helpful - texting me after hours to make sure last minute medication deliveries were made successfully, and sending out courriers so that I could receive what I needed for that evening. They were kind helpful friendly and supportive. Thank you for making a difficult process easier!!

This process was a struggle for a lot of reasons. First was that my doctor sent the order in back in January but I never received a call until about a week before my treatment started which meant everything was in a really tight timeline. Second issue was a medication was missed by your staff even though it was on the prescription the doctor sent over. I caught the issue. Then we had to rush to get it processed by the insurance. No one called me back about it and I had to call you guys to check in on it. I found out like a day before treatment was supposed to start that it could be marked for rush and no one had done that. Third issue was my open the box appointment. I had an appointment scheduled and then someone called me and asked if I was ok moving the appointment. I said no and the person told ok we will keep it the same. I never got an email with the zoom link so I called and the person I spoke to said they would call me back with the zoom link. She NEVER called me back. So I called again and talked to Ashley Edwards who was the only helpful person. She managed to get a pharmacist to talk to me because my wife had taken off 2 hours early from work for the open the box appointment and I needed to start my meds that night. I didn’t get to talk to the pharmacist until over an hour after my appointment time. Ashley was also super helpful in getting that last medication processed but she was probably the 4th person I spoke to about that issue. So to summarize Ashley was great but most of this processed sucked.

I had an urgent need for a medication that was compounded outside of Schraft's and was sent directly from the compounding pharmacy. I asked for a sharps container (one was not included); the order included the wrong size needles for draw up; the order arrived without an invoice or a receipt. When I went back to Schraft's to request the invoice, I received a document that outlined the cost but not a proof of payment. I followed up and asked for proof of payment and haven't received a reply.

Meds were not sent as I confirmed they would be. Only made aware when the tracking number did not show up. Was told it was due to my insurance which was untrue — the order was just never processed. I checked and coordinated with the insurance and work in heath care doing PAs. This caused a delay in care.

Will be transferring my rxs out to a different pharmacy.

We called before the order date to make sure everything was clear and easy when the time to order would've come. We had to call multiple times to clarify since we received a new price each time. Nobody knew about the partnership with our clinic Extend. When we ordered on Saturday we had to order with 3 different people, because they would get all things wrong. We had to end up ordering the full amount of follistin since nobody could answer us about the free trigger and if we would be applied if we did not order all out once. They made initially a $1000 mistake on the pricing. The delivery took 4 hours and we had to be in the phone for hours with your delivery company (twice) since the driver that was doing nothing but coming to us. It was the most stressing situation I've ever been in in a very long time. We ended up receiving the medication at 7pm without knowing if we would ever receive it. I also didn't get the signup discount as advertised. Nothing went as they told us, nothing. I had read such wonderful reviews, it was so disappointing
